Dit privacybeleid beschrijft welke persoonsgegevens de app Tric Trac 420 Edition ("de app", "wij") verwerkt, waarom, en welke rechten je hebt. De app wordt aangeboden door bitma (Nederland). Vragen? Mail naar trictrac@bitma.nl.

We verzamelen geen locatiegegevens, contactenlijsten of advertentie-identifiers, en tonen geen advertenties.

2. AI-chat

Tijdens een potje tegen de computer kun je chatten met een AI-personage. Je chatberichten en de spelsituatie worden daarvoor naar Anthropic (Claude API) gestuurd om een antwoord te genereren. Er worden daarbij geen accountgegevens (e-mail, naam) meegestuurd. Anthropic gebruikt API-data niet voor het trainen van modellen.

3. Met wie we gegevens delen (verwerkers)

  • Supabase — database, authenticatie en hosting van speldata
  • Google — inloggen met Google (OAuth)
  • Apple / Google Play — afhandeling van in-app-aankopen
  • OneSignal — pushnotificaties
  • Anthropic — AI-chatantwoorden (zie punt 2)
  • Vercel — hosting van de webversie

We verkopen geen gegevens en delen niets met adverteerders. Sommige verwerkers kunnen gegevens buiten de EER verwerken; in dat geval gebeurt dit op basis van EU-standaardcontractbepalingen (SCC's).

4. Bewaartermijnen

  • Account- en speldata: zolang je account bestaat.
  • Foutrapporten en gebruiksstatistieken: maximaal 12 maanden.
  • Aankoopadministratie: zolang wettelijk vereist.

5. Je rechten (AVG)

Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, bezwaar en gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Account verwijderen? Mail naar trictrac@bitma.nl vanaf het e-mailadres van je account; we verwijderen je account en bijbehorende gegevens binnen 30 dagen. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

6. Beveiliging

Gegevens worden versleuteld verstuurd (TLS) en opgeslagen bij verwerkers met passende beveiliging. Toegang tot speldata is per gebruiker afgeschermd (row-level security): spelers kunnen elkaars privégegevens niet inzien.

7. Leeftijd

De app heeft een cannabis-/coffeeshopthema (uitsluitend humoristisch — de app bevat of promoot geen drugsgebruik of verkoop) en is bedoeld voor gebruikers van 18 jaar en ouder. De app richt zich niet op kinderen.

8. Wijzigingen

Bij belangrijke wijzigingen van dit beleid passen we de datum bovenaan aan en informeren we je waar nodig in de app.

This privacy policy describes which personal data the app Tric Trac 420 Edition ("the app", "we") processes, why, and what rights you have. The app is offered by bitma (the Netherlands). Questions? Email trictrac@bitma.nl.

We do not collect location data, contact lists or advertising identifiers, and we do not show ads.

2. AI chat

During a game against the computer you can chat with an AI character. For this, your chat messages and the game situation are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to generate a response. No account data (email, name) is sent along. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.

3. Who we share data with (processors)

  • Anthropic — AI chat responses (see section 2)
  • Vercel — hosting of the web version

We do not sell data and share nothing with advertisers. Some processors may process data outside the EEA; in that case this is done on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

4. Retention periods

  • Account and game data: for as long as your account exists.
  • Error reports and usage statistics: a maximum of 12 months.
  • Purchase records: for as long as legally required.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Want to delete your account? Email trictrac@bitma.nl from the email address linked to your account; we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

6. Security

Data is sent encrypted (TLS) and stored with processors that apply appropriate security measures. Access to game data is restricted per user (row-level security): players cannot view each other's private data.

7. Age

The app has a cannabis/coffeeshop theme (purely humorous — the app does not contain or promote drug use or sales) and is intended for users aged 18 and over. The app is not directed at children.

8. Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top and, where necessary, inform you in the app.
